Christmas is coming!!
We have already started taking bookings for Christmas fayre, but we still have space if you would like a Christmas meal on the run up to the big day or a function room for a staff party!
Also we still have places available on Christmas Day for a wonderful 5 course meal!

Steven Arnold aka Ashley from coronation street was in Burton upon Trent, at the opening of Town and country meats, factory outlet.

Just had an event there, the food was fabulous and a great price. Staff were brill and Brian was so friendly and welcoming. We plan do definitely go back soon !!!!

Excellent Sunday lunch here. Never stayed at hotel but food is really fresh and home cooked .

Brian is the best. Can't do enough to meet your needs. We have had 2 family events at the Grail Court which were both amazing. Food, hospitality excellent. Lovely staff. I would recommend the Grail to everyone.
Booked a meal for Valentines with the wife and it was a fantastic evening!! Great service & amazing food at an even better price. Will book again soon

Very clean. Lovely rooms, again all nice and clean and comfortable bed. The staff were very attentive and polite, just not enough of them. Sunday morning breakfast, just one person on duty. He had to take orders, cook the food and serve to the tables, try and keep the self service part stocked and deal with reception duties!
Despite his best efforts he was bound to fail.
Lovely staff food good, standard room good luck guys � doing great only concern was shared shower n that used shaver was kept there for 4 days!
Jordan was on the reception/bar upon arrival Saturday afternoon. Polite friendly helpful. Well done Jordan:-) Room was a decent size, 1 double 1 single and en suite shower room. Clean bedding and towels. En suite clean. However......Toilet seat slightly broken (you move when you sit down), in need of decoration and updating as we all have gadgets that need charging!!!
Beds were comfy. Used the bar and pool table in the evening. Had breakfast Sunday which was a decent variety, looks like it was just Jordan again, came out of the kitchen about 15 minutes of us arriving downstairs but took our order and it wasn't long before the food came out.
The car park was awkward to find, blink and you miss it. Bit tight too!!
Other than that not a bad little hotel.
We heard it was haunted. We stayed. There were a few bumps in the night. The staff were amazing. the lunch was yummy. The bed was comfy. Stay there again???? Yes I will
Friendlly staff and upgraded for a nice room, very convenient to roam around because the hotel itself is in the corner, nice restaurant for having breakfast, lunch and dinner
Check in and room were perfect breakfast service was none existent sat for 15 minutes and never saw a soul had to shout into the kitchen though people were finishing of there breakfasts customer service check in 5 star breakfast 2 because it was a decent breaky EVENTUALLY
The room was small shabby and in dire need of decorating. The double brick (sorry bed) left us without a good nights sleep.
A hoover would be useful in the hotel
Old out dated and rubbish yet top rates charged
Take my advice and steer well clear
If your option is a hotel or sleep in your car SLEEP IN YOUR CAR
We arrived to be told room had been double booked no help from staff at all
