Granary Cottage

Highly recommended, having stayed hete the last two years. Well appointed accommodation, good views & exceptional outside space.

We stayed at this gorgeous cottage recently and was so impressed! Its décor and styling felt like a luxury hotel yet with homely touches and quality fitments are evident everywhere.

We were very lucky with the weather and used the outdoor patio area with views over open fields - so quiet and peaceful

Everything was clean, well maintained and the owners are very friendly.

Jane, one of the owners showed us around The Stables Cottage which is nearby but not so that its encroaching on The Granary Cottage. We loved this décor with its stove and open plan living area, the double ended bath was a real plus too! So much so we have booked to come back in the New Year and stay at The Stables this time instead.

The location of the two cottages are ideal for trips in the Moors, so close to Whitby and picturesque Robin Hoods Bay (really recommend you go there) - plus a ride on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway then we walked part of the way too..

Little local food shops, butcher and deli's are close by with a super Pub - where the food was delicious..

We loved it and have booked again
