Granby Hotel

Good to see the lads again this year . Cycled down from Middlesbrough and cycling back again tomorrow ! All for a very worthy cause !

of all the places I've stayed (and there have been a few) this is my favourite by far. 100% on all levels for all aspects. if you stay in Scarborough and don't stay here - more fool you!

We stopped here for a wedding we were attending and we were totally blown away the the warmth and lovely atmosphere it offered. Lovely friendly staff and a great home cooked breakfast. Well done all, you made us feel very welcome. Can't wait to return.

We loved our stay at the Granby last year and we are coming back again this year. Gill and Gary were wonderful hosts and the food was excellent

Very warm welcome good entertainment on a night rooms are really nice and breakfast is beautiful highly recommended

This was our second visit to the Granby and we had a great time , Gary and Gill always make you very welcome . The rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfasts are very good . There is a very good atmosphere in the hotel in the evenings with entertainment for all ages ( from 4 to 84 ) . Thank you for the good time we had (Jock & Morag from Wales ) ha ha !!we will be back next year

Recently stayed at the Granby for the first time with my friend who had stayed before, her neice and my daughter....was lovely and Gary and Gillian are very warm and welcoming �...would definitely stay here again x

My friends and I have had a brilliant time Gary and Gill make you very welcome and Gary is an excellent all round entertainer always on the go couldn't do enough to make sure you enjoyed your stay , staff we're fantastic the Rooms are clean and tidy and food was Excellent would highly recommend it. Thank you all .

Me and my family have been going to the Granby for years, we always get a get welcome great food and room and who needs to go out to be entertained the Granby has it all. See you in August Gary when we bring the grandchildren

Just had an over night stay at the granby very friendly and had a lovely breakfast it's very central within walking distance to every where will definitely be back soon love Scarborough!

Just arrived home from a 2 night stay with my hubby and 14 yr old daughter and my daughters friend , we loved it .the owners are very friendly and make you feel really welcome , the food is lovely and the hotel is spotless . There was a kareoke on Saturday night which was a great laugh .our daughter loved it she wouldn’t sit down just kept getting up to sing and when she’s at home she doesn’t come out of her bedroom .so it was great to see her enjoying herself .she was made to feel very welcome and she loved it . Would defiantly stay again x

Had a lovely nights stay at the granby hotel, the owners (Gilligan and Gary) are extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a delicious cooked breakfast which we thoroughly enjoyed and the hotel is very near to the open air theatre, the castle, peasholme park and the beach so is ideally situated. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and will definitely use it again. Many thanks for making our stay so welcoming.

Fantastic little hotel, the staff are all fabulous, the breakfasts are delicious and the entertainment has to be seen. We will definitely be going back.

Best hotel ever! Gillian and Gary are welcoming and friendly and will do what they can to make your stay comfortable and fun. Entertainment at night is a joy!

Arrived late on Friday night but were met with a very warm and friendly welcome by owners. Nice quiet drink in hotel bar along with hosts and other guests. Very comfortable sleep in our guest room which was clean and nicely set out. Awoke nice and refreshed before heading for breakfast, wow this was beautiful, nicely cooked, just right size portions along with cereals and toast. Very good value in our opinion for price we paid would highly recommend the Granby Hotel if ever visiting Scarborough

An amazing place . The previous 2 years we have stopped here . I'm going to miss it this year. Gary and Gill are amazing . Very friendly, good atmosphere.
