To Nicola and Team, thank you so much for hosting our daughter Nisha and Son-In- Law Shane's wedding at your Hotel. Excellent service throughout the whole day and your attention to detail ensuring everything went to plan as agreed was truly admirable and appreciated. Please pass on our sincere thanks to the Team.

A special thanks to Nicola who has gone the extra mile to meet all our expectations and even came in on her day off to ensure the wedding runs like a dream.....which it did.

A very big thank you also to Andy and Anusha for the operational management on the day.

Many thanks to the staff at the grand (formally the Hilton) my son Stevie and his carer stayed with you again this week and she said she couldn’t have been more delighted at the service and help she received from the staff. My son is 28 with autism and non verbal and can be challenging but she felt the staff did everything they could to make their stay comfortable a beautiful room with great views and great breakfast too so ����� thanks once again he will be back

Lovely hotel, worth the money. Fully recommend if your staying in Blackpool .

Great room plenty big enough for our family of 6, service was good breakfast was excellent for the money, defo book it again when we next visit Blackpool

I think this hotel looks really welcoming on arrival but the rooms are really not 4 star.... premier Inns/travel lodges are much nicer! I was a bit gutted that there were no mushrooms at breakfast! My partner bought 4 drinks at the bar and the beer he requested and I quote the bar man said “is there anything else you want, the pump needs changing and I can’t be bothered- my shift finishes In 15 minutes”. I’d say 3 star as our room was clean but in need of TLC. Such a shame given the amount you charge!

£250 for 2 nights for two in a run down room and that didn’t include any breakfast. Walls were paper thin and £10 for a glass of cheap wine was a joke. To top it all you even pushed a note through our door to say that due to operational reasons you wouldn’t be cleaning the room or changing the towels during our stay ! Speechless was an understatement.
