Room was very cozy and comfortable. We got a queen bed, and the room size was great, with a nice sofa and fully stocked tea tray. Nice bathtub for a hot soak. Pool facilities were lovely. Service was superb. Didn't get breakfast so can't comment. Only downside was very noisy guests next door but security was on it immediately when I phoned to complain.
Great hotel placed well for all central London requirements. Great facilities and staff, very friendly and helpful, relaxed vibe. On a busy crossroads so street noise and awkward parking the only drawbacks. Recommended!
The room showed some aging. But was ok. The bed was clean. Little spots and stuff like that here and there. But it was mostly clean. Nice shampoo and conditioner. The showerhead could use with a little cleaning, it had really good water pressure but went all over the place. Helpful staff.
Had maintenance issues at another Grange property so they moved me over here and included breakfast and an upgrade. Handled very well. Nice hotel. Great staff. Good breakfast. Pretty outdated decor and extra firm bed (which some may prefer). Would stay here again for sure. Excellent location. Rooftop bar has potential.
The hotel is in a great location close to Holborn tube station. The hotel is clean and full of character and charm. The stand out point for me was the level of service. The staff were friendly, and helpful and every single one of them had a smile on their face. I felt really welcome. I did not stay here as the purpose of my visit was a conference, which was also well serviced. I therefore am unable to comment on the rooms. Overall this was a great experience, just a shame that I did not have time for a drink in the bar!
The rooms are really clean, well kept and spacious. The staff are attentive and responsive. We have stayed in a number of the Grange range of hotels and have always enjoyed our stay. The breakfast has a good range and the Holborn hotels is in a fantastic central location, right next to Covent Garden and Leicester Square.
Great location. Nice rooms not massive but plenty of room and lots of storage space. Continental breakfast was excellent lots of choice and good quality. There were a few hen parties staying and they were catered for very well i.e. extra room was opened during breakfast.
Excellent staff, so friendly and professional. The hotel is nice and once upon a time was 5 star accommodation, though you can tell its now quite dated. Has a rooftop bar, which I'm sure will be amazing on a summer evening.
Great location, 15min walk from Euston and 15min walk to the West End. Massive room, no noise given close proximity to busy roads, concierge to keep bags after checkout, use of spa and pool, decent breakfast and friendly staff. The kids stay and eat free offer in the school hols is a bonus and allows 4 of us to stay in relative luxury for a decent price for central London. My 4th stay at a Grange hotel and no complaints.
