Stayed here for my Birthday a couple of days ago. Loved it, staff were very helpful and friendly.

The room was beautiful and location was lovely too.

Would definitely recommend.

User

Only stayed 1 night, went to watch Wicked with my daughter.

The hotel and room were clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. No AC in the room and it was hot at night but we had the window wide open.

In the morning the breakfast was nice and hot and again the staff were very nice.

I would definitely stay here again... Oh Wicked was amazing as well.

User

Lovely hotel, great location. Was nice to have a room overlooking a park in London! Only 5 mins walk from Victoria station. Breakfast was lovely. Everything was spotlessly clean and quick check in. Would definitely stay again

User

I love this hotel. It is small and friendly and close to our relatives flat. It also retains its character and isn't full of modern minimalist ideas.Staff are helpful. Bar is cosy and well stocked.

User

Had an amazing stay here last week, staff were extremely helpful especially at breakfast as I'm Gluten Free. I also left my scarf in the room and when I spoke to the hotel they posted it and I received it the next day!

Room was lovely shame we weren't there long enough to enjoy!

Would highly recommend!

Great boutique hotel st a good price. Fabulous service

User

Excellent customer service, room was spacious and well presented. Bar was very good as were the staff. Food was delicious and well presented.

User

Stayed in room 303 with 2 sets of French Windows leading onto a lovely large balcony overlooking tree lined playing fields. Only there for 1 night, though found it to be very comfortable and restful. Would recommend owing to its location. Close to Buckingham palace, St James park, Apollo Victoria theatre etc. Unable to comment on food as we didn't stay for breakfast.

User

Stayed a few times, rooms clean , staff friendly and helpful but it's in need of a refresh and refueb.

User

Nice place and good location

Sent a free bottle of wine to our room as the plug point blewa fuse, opens the door every time and flagged us a taxi down. Recommend at the deal price of £120 per night but don't think I would pay the normal £250 per night rate.

User

Nice hotel but with extreme problems with their checking in system... had to come back later to check in.

Clean room. Ask for room not facing the roads, otherwise you'll get an early morning start :D

User

I stayed her for 8 nights during the Christmas holiday (2016). The location was centrally located. It was a 10 minute walk to Victoria Station. There's a local grocery store one block from the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions I had.

I stayed in a Superior Single Room ensuite. The room was the perfect size for a solo traveler. It was clean and plenty of windows. The internet connection from the room was great. The bathroom had a shower/tub combo.

The only time I used the restaurant was for Christmas dinner and the meal was delicious. I was slightly stumped when the bill came and I was charged for two glasses of (still) water. But anyway...

I have already recommended the Grange Rochester to my friends and would definitely stay here again.

User

Great hotel little dated but no bad thing, massive bed clean comfy room. Really good staff. It was booked by work but will return with wife and son great location

User

The Hotel was O.K for a one night stop! But the room was soooo hot, I couldn't sleep, no air con and opening the one window, just made it slightly cooler, but added traffic noise. Also no hair dryer. The furniture was quite old and tatty, but the bed was comfortable.

User

Rooms are small but nice. Dinning area cramped especially at breakfast time. Seemed to always be an issue with my booking. Good Indian food over the road.

User

In need of a refurb, but good location, great breakfast and lovely toiletries!!

User

Having stopped here on quite a few ocassions i feel that it is starting to look a little tired and in need of refurbishment and TLC our room was adequate for one night and different things in there were looking worn, my sister in law came from canada and was most disappointed with her room it was so hot with no air conditioner and couldn't have the window open too much due to traffic noise which was a shame the staff on the reception were lovely ladies but did not seem to know their job very well, the concierge guy was a really nice guy and most helpful, it was a nice surprise to have a cooked. breakfast too

User

Breakfast was buffet style but cold and not a great choice of fresh fruit . Rooms nice enough not a double bed but two singles pushed together

User

It was an ok hotel until sentimental clothing items were removed from our room while we were out during the day (accidentally removed not stolen, just to be clear) and no one could find them. Hotel staff say that they had the laundry service look for the missing items but none were found. However I'm not sure I believe that the laundry service actually looked. I was not permitted to look through the laundry. When I asked the room attendant if she had cleaned our room on the day the clothing went missing, she said that she hadn't and that she didn't speak English. However, later on the front desk staff told me that the room attendant said that she didn't change the linen only made the beds. That's cleaning the room in my language. I suspect she was careless and the clothing got mixed up in the rubbish (not that there was a lot) or the laundry. The room attendant would have had to move the shirts to make the bed and they were definitely there before room cleaning. The language barrier with some staff members caused added stress in dealing with this situation. Lesson learned the hard way for our family. From now on we lock everything in a suitcase when we leave the room and trust no one. We've travelled all over the world and never had this happen before. It put a dampener on our holiday and caused me stress each night as we returned to the hotel.

On another note, the lack of a proper exhaust fan in the bathroom results in condensation everywhere when people are showering. Not pleasant when you have four people taking showers. I had read all the reviews on Trip Advisor before booking this hotel and thought it would be fine. Well, it was not fine. The location is the only great thing about this hotel unfortunately.
