It is the buyer’s responsibility to research all fish before purchasing. If you are in any doubt
about your chosen fish, try and research them using search engines on the internet or do
not hesitate to email or message us for assistance.

All pictures are for illustration only and it is strongly advised to research your animals before you purchase.
Many of our customers have more than one tank, however we can not take responsibility if an order contains a mixture of aggressive, non
aggressive species, tropical, coldwater, amphibians or inverts which may fight or not survive if placed together.
If in doubt please message us for assistance.
We accept no responsibility if stung or bitten by any of the species for sale on our site or allergies caused by any species that may sting or bite, please do your
research before you place your order. By buying items you adhere to the above terms and conditions.

To qualify for Refund /Replacement

You will need to send a water sample on the day the fish died and send a photograph of the fish via facebook page or web page: www. facebook.com/granthamaquatics - or on our web page at www. granthamaquatics.com. We ask for the pictures on the day of death as we cannot be held responsible if fish die due to water condition problems, or if an order contains a mixture of aggressive, non aggressive species, tropical, cold water, amphibians or inverts which may fight or not survive if housed incorrectly. If the fish seem unhealthy or stressed beyond normal limits, or for any other reason please contact us on the day of arrival. If no contact is made the same day of arrival you may not be refunded for any fish which die the following day. The reason for this is that we cannot guarantee your water conditions at home, adding fish can cause spikes without good enough filtration and handling of the quickly rising bio load, water may not be 100% therefore we cannot hold responsibility once the fish are with you. Without the picture evidence and water sample as stated a refund /replacement may not be issued.
