Graphic House is a former hosiery factory beautifully converted into individual offices for use by a variety of businesses. Also on site is a large function and meeting room with in house catering and a licensed bar, for meetings from 2 to 50 people and parties up to 90 guests.
Unlike, the competition, our offices are large and bright with plenty of natural light, carpets and blinds included, shared kitchen and toilet facilities, free on site parking AND fully inclusive of all bills except your phone line. We can even offer you broadband, to save on costly new connections.
Our tenants benefit from discounted use of our function room for both business use and also for their own personal or family events.
