Gravesend Churches Housing Association (Gcha)

We have been providing social and affordable housing in Gravesham, Dartford and Maidstone since 1964. We manage just under 600 properties consisting of a mix of street properties and estates. Our board is committed to delivering the association's objectives in the most cost-effective and efficient way possible. GCHA's key aims are: - delivering a first class service to tenants- building or acquiring new homes for rent and shared ownership for a range of people in housing need- remaining an independent local association
