Gravitas Build Ltd

Gravitas team were supportive of the purpose of building a community / ministry centre to support the emotionally and socially vulnerable of the our communities. They went the extra mile to help us reach completion.

We used Gravitas to renovate our preschool bathroom and to remove a wall in one of our playrooms. From start to finish the whole team (office staff and the trades) were helpful, professional, and informative.

The communication was great, we were always called or emailed back ASAP and was kept updated on the progress and timeframes regularly. We had a few issues with the wrong radiator cover being delivered and with the finish of the flooring and on both occasions the team were upfront, honest, and quick to rectify the issues.

We are very happy with the results and the kids love their new bathroom! We would highly recommend Gravitas on their customer service alone!
