Due to the coronavirus epidemic, we will be moving to a telephone booking service and have suspended online booking for the time being. If you are concerned you might have coronavirus, please do not come to the surgery – this is official government advice . If you have a fever or cough, you should stay at home for 7 days and information about this is available via the 111 service. This can be done via the website, on 111.nhs.uk/covid-19 where there is information about self ...-isolation and self-care. If you are very unwell, dial 999, explaining your symptoms. If you need medical advice about your symptoms , contact 111. Do NOT phone or attend the GP surgery. There are arrangements in place via 111 to deal with your concerns. You must not come to the GP surgery – this is to protect our vulnerable patients and our staff. Any patients arriving at the surgery will be met by a member of staff in protective attire who will ask screening questions about your symptoms. If you have a cough or fever you will be turned away and asked to contact 111. If you need health advice or an appointment for a non-coronavirus issue, please telephone the surgery on 01995 670066. But please be aware of the large number of calls we are receiving and please bear with us. We understand the anxiety people will have and the delays you may experience with 111, but please be as patient as you can be, and know that we are doing all that we can.
