Great Oaks College

Great Oaks College, Established in 2018, is a specialist independent college for young adults, 19-25, who have severe Disabilities, Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities and /or Autistic Spectrum Disorder. We aim to move our students into purposeful and fulfilling lives after collegeThis linked in page is mainly set up for our vocational pathway where we have identified students who are able to transition to paid employment. these students take part in a 2 or 4 year course learning the skills needed to access 4 main industries, Catering, Hospitality, Horticulture and Facilities. As part of their training they attend work placements supported by a job coach until they have the skills, knowledge and confidence to do the job independently. We have a vast experience of training and our staff have specialist knowledge of Learning difficulties. We are ready to give your company training to support both employing people with disabilities but also serving them.
