Using a list of 61 fully validated psychometric dimensions, and 38 dimensions for our 360, GPI creates totally customised assessments that are specific to the competencies, values, requirements or objectives of any role, organisation or department - anywhere in the world. A psychometric assessment can use 5 dimensions taking 12-15 minutes or 25 dimensions taking 75 minutes - or any combination that is right for a client's business. A 360 assessment can use 10 dimensions with feedback taking 10 minutes per respondent or 20 dimensions taking 20 minutes or, again, any combination an organisation might choose to use. We only measure what's important to you or your clients. Our state-of-the-art, cloud-based delivery system can be interfaced with any Applicant Tracking and Talent Management System on the market today. Our psychometric assessments work on the principle of Job Match – we assess a role to define what success looks like (Job Profile), assess the candidate(s) and compare the two. As a result, we learn how an external /internal candidate is likely to perform in a new role or how an internal candidate can improve their performance in their existing role. GPI reports are written in plain English. They don't need to be interpreted by consultants, psychologists or HR professionals, making them the most cost-effective tools on the market. You and your clients do NOT need to be Type A and Type B certified to use our assessments.
