Great Preservations is the brainchild of Katherine Foster-Smith whose range of high quality pickles, Chutneys, Jams and Marmalade are all produced in small quantities at home, thus retaining a fresh and exciting flavour.
The FB page is for those aficionados and friends who want to share with and keep up to date with GP'S developments, as well as get in with first orders of the delicious new and seasonal flavours of the preserves.
