Red the Rocket's first century! He'd been pestering me to have another go at 150km since almost getting there during LEJOG. I hinted at adding 11km to make the Imperial 100. It was on!

A couple of photos from Grant's final check at the weekend. He set off late Friday night just for the added challenge.
Woolland Hill: the end of the slog across the Dorset Valleys, views across The Blackmore Vale if you get their before dark followed by a lovely long easy descent, then some respite as the final 100km becomes a lot easier between the two remaining big challenges; Shaftesbury & Gold Hill and finally Weston Lane to Lansdown.
Longleat Estate: most of you will get here in the evening and see the house lit up in the dark. If arriving out of hours keep moving through the estate as the alarm bells ring if you stop, and watch out for the rising barriers and gates as they will probably be up/closed.
