All these years i had upmost respect for the police department in this country. I phoned this particular station to update the police on a crime that I have already reported and the officer who picked up hung up on me. What a bad experience. They have not only been unable to help me but when I have actually needed their help they have always dissappointed me. Completely and utterly disgraceful. I hope that one day your children go to university away from home and they face the same hardships so you know how important it is that you do your job properly.
