I rate 5 as for a long long time, Iv had a few incoherent, not bothered kind of way manner of a couple of officers over the yrs But when I had a situation I needed help with bit to be understood I was so pleased when PC Michelle Gee & her colleague came I was soo nervous but it was almost like talking to a proper human who showed & understood with Empathy
was more like chat with friends than an question-Answer over agen Thankyou x
