We went to the Green House for the first time today and had a delicious lunch. Helen and her team were very helpful and the menu was varied and covered all diets - coeliac, vegetarian, vegan. We will definitely be going back so we can enjoy a dessert and tea as we were too full today. Good luck Helen!

We had a lovely lunch today! I'm coming back for (much less virtuous) coffee and waffles. Only issue, well, it was a bit of a wait but to be fair there's only two of you and the place was packed. We didn't mind waiting and the soup was gorgeous. Decor is lovely too.

The presentation of the cafe is very inviting, the staff were welcoming and attentive (despite being busy). The food here is absolutely exquisite, clearly prepared with care and attention given to detail. Unfortunately the special had sold out (which is obviously a sign of how popular it is) - but my second choice (bruschetta) was delicious. My daughter had a ploughmans which looked amazing. We had to wait a while for our food - but the full cafe meant the staff were flat out and we were enjoying whiling away our time in such a nice venue.

Numerous choices for vegans here too, including the most delicious cakes!

The owner, Helen, is an extraordinary person! Although I have not actually been to her business (Green House), I am posting a review for who she is. I know that business reflects who the owner is - so I know with my heart that Green House is a great place to be. Helen is always smiling and an absolutely lovely person to be around. That makes all the difference! Her positive attitude and kindness doesn't go unnoticed. She treats those around her and her business with complete friendliness, fun, and makes people feel good about themselves.



If it is indeed true that the owner creates the business environment, Green House must indeed be an awesome place to be!

Really splendid juice combos and the food is delicious. I had the bruschetta and cannot recommend it highly enough. Plus the decor is really interesting, upcycled stuff and comfy seating. Lovely, lovely place, especially if you're vegan.

Me and my husband had such a lovely evening at the green house a few weeks back. The service was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was also yummy delicious!!

Just been into the Green House for lunch, we chose the smashed avocado on toasted sour dough and smoked salmon bagel, they were both yummy and the herbs and seasoning perfect, we finished of with a turmeric latte and fruit smoothie - Both my daughter and I have left feeling smugly healthier. I really like this cafe...is it the novel use of pallets lining the walls, could it be the fresh colour scheme and funky logo, perhaps it's the accessible town location...or the delicious soups, platters, smoothies and juices...Ok, it's all of these things. Way to go Green Room..great little venue for light lunch, coffee breaks and unhurried dates with mates.

I held a surprise 50th birthday party at the Green House and it couldn't have been better. The venue is relaxed, the food super tasty and the staff very friendly. We were all made to feel very welcome and had a great evening. Many thanks to Helen and her team for making everything so special 😁

I had lunch here with my daughter. We received a warm welcome in the modern, cosy surroundings. We had a delicious lunch followed by even more delicious cake and waffles (both vegan, which was wonderful as often vegan dessert options are minimal) �.

Coffee was good too. We'll definitely be back �.

Helen and her amazing Team catered an amazing, delicious and inspired lunch for 18 people for the recent Pete's Dragons Ladies Weekend Wellbeing Retreat. The food was beautifully presented and catered to all tastes and culinary preferences. I would highly recommend Green House for any events, meetings or training. Alternatively pop in and grab yourself a coffee and waffles in the beautiful relaxing environment Helen has created, treat yourself!!
