Love Wednesday no towel day great sights

I went Saturday to relax but found old men bare baking in the Jacuzzi it was reported but staff didn't do anything, then smelt poo in the locker area and noticed poo on the floor staff were told but it took 10 minutes to clean it up, then noticed poo on the stairs, the top floor was disgusting someone had urinated in one off the private rooms, the Jacuzzi was a dirty grey, lots of unsafe sex was going on in the steam room and sauna, not a nice place, stay away

Love this place only open to both sexes on a Tuesday night but we was made very welcome when we went

The sauna is very nice, large and with lots of facilities however the man on duty was extremely rude and aggressive. He asked me to leave when i was not causing any nuisance or doing anything to disrupt the enjoyment of others. My biggest crime was to be in possession of a grinder which i was using to grind up sticky tobacco. He totally lost it with me and insulted me, screaming at the top of his voice in front of other guests. I hope this staff member no longer continues to work here and make what should have been a pleasant and relaxing experience into an extremely unpleasant one. If a guy like that is working there I would certainly not return or recommend this sauna to any of my friends in London.

Excellent sauna, very clean lovely staff always a good mixture of man of all ages. Great events thoughout the mouth. Bears on last Sunday of mouth not very nice man lot fat man not what I would called bears.well worth a visit
