Beware! staff took my passport for rental duration in Krakow), office was closed when i returned car, and missed my flight as a direct result.
sen several emails to complaint but no response at all!

worst ever company I've used

Can I give zero stars? Easily the worst rental agency I have ever dealt with. Would not refund insurance despite my documenting in writing that I had already purchased insurance. Not responsive nor customer friendly in the least. Avoid at all costs.
