We've used this company several times. We found them to be fair and helpful. Nice car each time. We've switched from the 'big' names in car hire to use this one now.

Read the reviews it's cheap to higher a car cause they will rob you on return. Took photos of the car before I left and got robbed £400 for a chip in the window I could hardly see. If you do use them take excess insurance it'll save you money even though you'll have a lot of hassle claiming your money back.

They "found" a scratch under the road dirt and made me pay for it as it was not pointed out the night before ...in the rain !

These people are professional crooks and will rip you off. Do not let them inspect the car without you being present, they will make up scratches and be happy to charge you as much as they can. They are a rip and nasty people, do not use them.

By far one of the best car rental companies that I have come across. Exceptional customer service and affordable too. Highly recommend.

Worst rental experience ever, the staff are very rude and unprofessional. They find marks or dents which are non - existant or from previous rental. On my last rental, i was given a very dirty car which made it difficult to notice the scratch marks on the alloys and the body (probably their way to corn you out), on return, they forensically check the car like a murder scene and goes what they found the scratches. They said i had done the damages which i disputed ferociously, they had to go back in their system to check if they were old ones and they were, from three rentals before me. there was no apology given to me, even for their acts of giving me a very dirty car at first and then accusing me of the damages on the car when they knew that the damages where from three rentals ago.These guys are running a fraud scheme and are fleecing unsuspecting customers out of their hard earned cash.
Following these experiences, my advice to prospective renters is TO AVOID THEM at all cost, the hustle attached to them is way too much to go through with. They are looking to catch you out, and believe you me they will catch you out. if you happen to book with them unknowingly or taking the risk, please do check your vehicle forensically, take pictures or video because they will certainly find something wrong i can assure you. As for me i'm done with them.
