When you transfer to Green Rate Telecom, the ownership of your lines simply transfers to Green Rate and you in future will receive your monthly bill from us instead of your existing supplier. Nothing else will change other than the name on top of your bill. Any select services you currently have will remain the same when you transfer to the Green Rate Telecom Tariff, and you can even still make calls over the BT network. Should a fault occur at anytime and an engineer is required to visit, a BT Openreach engineer will be dispatched to your premises.
