THE WORST SALON OWNER

Unfortunately the one star was necessary otherwise I wouldn't even give it that!
The most staff are lovely especially Zara, however the manager or owner Betsy is a lady from hell. I had made an appointment for a pedicure and requested for a specific therapist.

My appointment was for 2pm I arrived five minutes before, this other lady came up to me and spoke in a different language, I then said I didn't understand, she looked at me with attitude and said "oh you don't!"...clearly she'd mistaken me with someone else or perhaps she assumed she was outside UK! Then I stated that I had asked for a particular therapist cut the story short I wait around 45 minutes for my therapist to come. When she came they had booked her immediately for another appointment and therefore she didn't have much time.

After all that I was told my the owner that because I had gel polish on my nails they didn't have time? HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT??? Then she told me when I call I should say oh I have gel nails what? Are you kidding me? She got all american on me so aggressive with so much attitude because I said clearly if that's the case then it's your duty to ask me the question, because this isn't my job I don't know how much time you'll need, clearly if ones booked for a pedicure then you should take everything into consideration not me!

She was so rude and money driven, she didn't even apologise, she said I am taking no blame this is your fault for not stating you have gel nails! This place is only well known due to the previous owners and some of the nice staff otherwise if everyone were like the owner the place would close down! I'd just wish when people move to UK they learn our mannerisms too!

Best hot wax ever. I bought some after wax cream too. Nice, friendly staff. I will book again and try some other treatments.

This was my first time at green street and can honesty say it is the best waxing i have had done by zarhrah . friendly and welcoming atmosphere so helpful . highly recommended

A really nice friendly salon .. only been twice so far but will be going every month . Lovely having pedi and threading done lying down 😊
