How Do I get Help?
As a private and independent service you can self refer to our service meaning you can contact us directly through our telephone or email - you do not need to go to the GP however the service does take referrals from NHS and other private companies.

The service provides both male and female therapists and where possible will offer assessment appointments within 14 days of your referral to our service.

FREE Initial Assessment

A key principle of our service has been to provide assistance to individuals who are in need in the first instance. Therefore the service offers a fast and free initial assessment either over the phone or face to face in which you are assessed on whether or not our service would help or in the likelihood that our service cannot help you will be provided with some guidance on where to seek further assistance.

Costs & Charges:

The service offers a range of pricing structures and is based upon your circumstances. Concessions and a range of payment plans are available for individuals who are unemployed, students, elderly or those facing financial hardship. Your therapist will discuss with you the best options for you.
