Friendly and very helpful advisors !! Saved me a small fortune on heating my extension with installing a Haverland heater. Very pleased !!

Very disappointed. Not interested in fixing problems. I have been trying to resolve the issue with them for the past 6 weeks. They are good at ducking the issue. I had to prompt the general manager twice to respond. Took nearly 3 weeks, he essentially washed his hands of the issue. MD just passed the problem on. I certainly wouldn’t use them again. We thought we had a simple job. Now having to go to more extreme measures to get a solution.
