We visited before the Steps concert last night and found the staff very polite and attentive. The fish and chips were great too. Just what we needed before a great concert. A must visit for all to enjoy. We'll go back next time we visit the O2.

We stopped at the Greenwich Kitchen for cocktails before a gig at the O2 last night... After a shaky start as only one cocktail turned up, mine being 10 mins later after chasing, the waitress offered us some complimentary fries and then gave me my cocktail for free as an apology. No complaints and very much appreciated. Whilst we didn't sample a main course, the food coming out to others looked lovely. Wouldn't hesitate visiting again :)

The gentleman who took care of my friends Isaias and Katiuscia was great! Very carefull during attendance, fast about informations and efficient finishing the sale. I wish i had a salesman like that in USA.

The burger was GORGEOUS! I could taste each ingredient and the meat was phenomenal. It had nothing on it and it didn't need to. I usually load up with condiments and it truly would have been an insult to the burger and chef had I done so. Tiny so can't really go with a large group but with a place like this it begs intimacy. Staff super nice and welcoming and accommodated my lactose allergy fantastically. Not a place to go if you are vegetarian or vegan. Served local beer too. I have nothing but praise for this place and shall most definitely be back

The black lady with the funky hairstyle �at the bar was amazing!!!! Superb service would never expect such a service at the bar on Saturday night! Just brilliant! ����

Me and my husband visited here before a show in the 02 it's my first time in London and I found the decor very interesting we were greeted by friendly faces all smiling and it had a lovely atmosphere we only stayed for a drink but next time we will be trying the menu.

It's a lovely small place. Nice food and great atmosphere. Reasonable prices for food and drinks. Had Steak which was absolutely tasty and a few glasses of prosseco 🖒 I would highly recommend. Staff very polite & friendly :)

I've walked past this restaurant many times but never popped in until a few days ago. I've been in twice with friends and found the staff friendly, relaxed and humorous. The food is good and tasty and I hope they will vary the menu from time to time. I'll definitely pop in again 👍🏾

I've just been in this lovely place with a wonderful atmosphere... I had a glass of red wine and my friend had a cider. The drinks were amazing and the staff was so kind even if the bar was quite busy...especially the Assistant Manager from Italy ��

The food was delicious, and the staff were FANTASTIC!!

The food was great, I had the brie burger and it was really tasty, with a good piece of brie.. the music was nice in the background and the serving staff where attentive but not hovering, all in all a it was enjoyable and we will definitely go again 😀

Service charge was added even though there was only 3 of us, which didn't appear to be optional as when we paid on a card it was already included. The service was good but would like to option to tip

Nice place. Cozy. Much quieter than inside Dome. Limited inside seats, but clever covered outside area. Food simple but nice and much better value than some places inside the Dome. Serves excellent Meantime lager. Note the wine is relatively expensive. But definitely worth a look!

Food was excellent and good value for money, however, one large glass of wine cost £13 despite asking for the house wine! Advise you to ask to see the wine list before ordering as this was not offered either.

Please be careful and vigilant when visiting this place. I met some friends there on Wednesday night about 6:45pm. It was very quiet outside and I stupidly put my bag on the floor between my friend and I. When we stood up to leave about 20 minutes later I noticed the bag had been stolen! The manager, Nathalie, was extremely helpful in letting us use the phone and taking my contact details. Thank you.



However, my friends and I were disappointed in the lacklustre response of the security team who manage the CCTV (it is separate to the O2 security).

Worst cocktails I've had in my life. Just spent £20 on 2 cocktails made with no effort. A warm cosmopolitan served in a champagne glass with a long straw and a long island ice tea that was warm and tasted like a flat rum and coke. Don't waste your money.

The waitress found it very difficult to understand what a simple apple juice was, but she had no trouble at all adding a hefty fee for a service she most definitely hadn't produced.

Tipping is supposed to be optional, not automatically included in the bill.

I will say, the food was good, but the service was non-existent, and the nerve of that waitress was appalling.

From what I have gathered, reading on various sites, this 'elegant way' of getting an additional sum from every customer, seems to be your trade mark.

I have written countless reviews the past 20 years. The food isn't everything a customer comes back for. Service is often a top priority. Attitude among staff another one.

I suggest you improve both.
