Not really very happy. 75000 mile service was done ok, oil, filter, air and fuel filter although fuel filter was expensive.
Headlight bulb was replaced without asking me first at a cost of £7.32. I have bulbs in the house, and recently bought a pack of 10 on amazon cheaper than one charged here, So would have done it myself. Should have been asked first.
Fuel filter was £32.69, I've checked on ebay they are £10 less for the same item.
When picking up the car l was advised that the front pads and discs were worn out, corroded, and should be changed, l know for a fact that they are not, I checked that day, there is at least 5mm on the pads, enough for another 20000 miles at least. (Previous pads went for 50000 miles before needing replaced). Discs are still thick, a bit rusty on the outside, but they are steel and of course they will rust. Even newish ones will rust.
I was also told that the o/s driveshaft boot was loose, why oh why did they not fix that, it only needs a new clip. It's an important part, so still have that to see to.
It seems that this company thinks that I know nothing about cars and hopes that I will just say yes and go ahead with replacing expensive parts that don't need replacing.
I have also heard similar story's from other people (Women mostly) being persuaded into trying to buy parts that are not needed.
Not impressed.
Will try Kwik Fit for the next service.

1st class service. My wheel bearing went while on holiday. I contact this garage who were able to source the part on the day and book me in the following morning to fix it. Couldn't be happier with the customer service. Would definitely visit again for car issues if in the area.

Very helpful and informative. Fitted in our Mazda Bongo campervan to sort our coolant/cooling system problem whilst we were on holiday in the area.
