Restaurant food an excellent standard
We had a lovely cream tea here. The waitress could not have been more helpful. Sandwiches were all fresh and when we asked for only fruit scones, we were told it would be no problem. Likewise the waitress was happy to bring fresh tea numerous times. The only minor negative was the paper napkins.
Both myself and my husband are members at Greenwoods and we feel the need to send in a well-overdue review. The hospitality, friendliness and professionalism from all your staff is outstanding, along with beautiful facilities which are faultless.
We celebrated our wedding renewal last Saturday and was truly overwhelmed at how special all the staff made our experience during the day. Despite being extremely busy all the staff, from the spa staff, reception staff and the waiting staff went over and above board to make our day special. Your very talented Jade played a beautiful rendition of our favourite song on the grand piano, which left everyone there speechless…what an amazing talents she has.

Amazing hotel! Had a lovely stay, the spa facilities were great and our massages were thoroughly enjoyed... wished we had gone for a longer one! The service was always pleasant and all of the staff were always happy to help. Highly recommend.
Beautiful building very sympathetically decorated and maintained. Relaxed atmosphere and comfortable lounge area. Drinks are limited but probably due to the small size of the bar. Food is good and well presented. Staff courteous and attentive. Visited for a celebration but would consider for the spa and hotel at a later date.
Great treatment (full body massage) and lovely room. Very tasty 3 course dinner included in package. Lovely relaxing stay however the service in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast wasn't great especially considering we were the only diners!
Had a lovely time at the Greenwoods Hotel and Spa. The staff were lovely, and the newly refurbished spa was very relaxing get away.
Staff were friendly and helpful, the bedroom was absolutely gorgeous, and spa facilities were lovely. There's also several places to eat out within walking distance. Overall I'm very happy with our stay, and would definitely return!
A great place for chilling out in the spa. Value for money rooms too
