Nigel and his staff always go the extra mile wether you want a few sweets or larger items, everyone always very polite helpful and cheerful, would not go elsewhere.

Nigel & co did a fantastic job with the balloon arch for my daughters b-day party. I showed him a pic online & he recreated it perfectly! Also had a beautiful mermaid tower with pearl metallic effect colours & a mini number 5 tower for the cake table. That’s just the balloons. Great customer service - staff are always so friendly & helpful with everything, we love going in this shop. You name it, they have it, just to mention a few which are a big hit in our household: ornaments, picture frames, bath bombs, candles & of course the ice slushie drinks machine. Thank you & we’ll see you all again very soon :-)

Being severely visually impaired is a big struggle at the best of times and when it comes to buying Birthday cards for my Fiancée I really struggle. Today I decided to go into Greetings and ask for some help. Words can't explain how grateful I am for the time and patience the gent showed me. Not only did he read out the cards he explained what the outside was like and even found tactile ones for me to touch. I am so very grateful to you and I'm sorry I didn't ask for your name.
