I offer one to one Counselling or Reiki healing.
I am based in Crewkerne and can help you explore a variety of life issues such as anxiety, depression, past trauma and addictions, and improve life skills such as confidence, self esteem, goal setting, decision making and planning for the future as well as coming to accept past life events.
I work in an integrative way, which means I adapt my approach to the needs of the client.
I use mindfulness and CBT skills with a person centred ethos.
