At the festivals you can enjoy BBQ and music from all round the world and at our smokehouses, the food is cooked low 'n' slow in our smoker over hickory and fruit woods. We source our meat locally and produce all our own range of seasonings and bbq sauces which we use to make our BBQ unique.
