Our two awesome stylists Lindsey and Gemma spent the weekend in Birmingham giving a seminar and demonstration, alongside the fabulous Lakhi Thindal. Lindsey teaching correct Bichon trims with Storm and Gemma teaching with the lovely labradoodle Dudley. Its a great feeling to share our knowledge with other groomers! 🐶✂️🐕✂️💖

Our Nagayu Spa Treatment is awesome for cleaning and flushing mucky ears too as well as general skin complaints 👊 This is the before and after from just ONE treatment! Muck gone, redness and irritation dramatically reduced 😁😁

Our very own bichon Blaze won not only her class at Bournemouth Championship Dog Show yesterday, she also won the RCC Award (Reserve Challenge Certificate) which qualifies her for Crufts for life!!! We're all very proud of our special girl 💖💖💖🥇🏆🎉

We're all sad to hear of the loss of one of our regular clients Mr Angus Bear, who has gone to play over Rainbow Bridge with his sister Georgie 😢💔 Angus Bear was the most loved little lad and we shall all miss him very much 😔 Have fun at the bridge sweet little man 💔😢🌈 xxx

As a busy and popular salon we are often fully booked and have had to turn clients away or offer appointments weeks ahead. If we are informed in a timely manner that you cannot make your appointment we can fill your slot from our ever growing cancellation list. Without notice, we simply cannot fill the space which means financial loss to us as we are a small business and still have to pay the wages of the staff and the salon overheads, whether you attend or not.... To put it into perspective, businesses like ours lost an average of £7000 through no shows and late cancellations last year, this is not fair or acceptable. We have tried to avoid implementing charging for missed appointments but sadly feel this might have to be put in place in the near future. We know life happens and sometimes it's unavoidable to have to cancel but please, please let us know as soon as possible! 😊

As part of Data Protection Act (GDPR) it is now necessary for us to inform you of the information we keep about you & your dog, how it is used and stored.
The following information is stored on a record card or diary. These are the only hard copies kept and are locked away each night: ... - Details you have given us about your dog, your name, contact number. - Details of the groom carried out. E.g what blade length was used, shampoo used etc - Any dislikes your dog may have: sensitive area, medical conditions, injuries etc - Your dogs temperament - good, nervous etc - Any lumps and bumps found on your dog Your name, dogs name and contact number are entered into our phone so we are able to communicate with you about appointments etc. No other information is stored on our phone. The phone is password protected.
We do sometimes take photographs of your dogs. This could be for a number of reasons but mainly for the use of social media and this page. If you do not wish for us to use your dogs photo on social media, please inform us of this.
We do not share any customer data with any third party. Any non-returning customer will have their data removed after 2 years from your last visit.

Wouldn't have left my 13 week old puppy with just anyone and of course when I picked him up not only did he smell delicious but Lindsey is his new best friend. Claws also better trimmed than the vets do it! Highly recommend.

What an amazing place Grooming Gorgeous is! Lyndsey did an amazing job with my Cocker Spaniel pup Loki. He came out tired from all the playing and looking and smelling lovely. What made the whole experience so good was the genuine care that Lyndsey gives to the dogs she grooms. I love the fact that she lets them play and settle in first so they feel more at ease. Not to mention the wonderful cut he had and advice she gave me when I asked about the best ways to care for his coat. I would wholeheartedly recommend taking your pets here!

We have just picked up Teddy from his first groom here at grooming gorgeous. What a fantastic cut he looks absolutely stunning and Teddy came out extremely happy so he obviously enjoyed the experience as well. Thankyou Gemma so much, we would not go anywhere else so glad we found you!

We had both of our dogs go to grooming gorgeous and they both came out look amazing. One of our dogs normally behave badly when he gets groomed but Lindsey took her time with him

Today was a first for Mittzi, her first pamper and puppy cut session, Lindsey was fantastic with her and I didn’t feel anxious leaving her. In fact she loved it so much, after jumping all over me she wanted to go back in � Highly recommended �

Thank you so much for the loving kindness you showed Bruiser our cross Yorkshire Terrier and Whippet cross. It was his first visit and although apprehensive he came out looking adorable and very happy. We will definitely be visiting again on our next holiday.

My westie poppy was well overdue a good groom she was in a bit of a mess to say the least .she's not a easy dog to groom and the girls took time and patience to sort her out .she looks adorable and acting like a spring chicken and looks like she has shrunk without all that fur. Thanks again .

Hi...I am Scoobie. I am 5 months and I am a Bichon Frise....Today my Mom took me to see Lyndsey. I was worried and scared. I am not a good boy at bath time and end up on the naughty step when groomed. I had a lovely time. I played and made doggie friends and Lyndsey was so kind and gentle I didn't get frightened or play up. She was able to do everything I needed and I am going back in about five weeks to do it all over again. Please go see her and Gemma if you would like to be made even more handsome like me.

First time visit to a professional groomer for Harry and he had his companion Archie for company. Harry was well looked after and had a little trim. Second visit both were quite happy to go and now look gorgeous. Lindsay and Gemma are lovely and clearly care about the dogs they groom.

Finally a place I feel Prinny will be cut and cared for lovingly. So worth the drive over to Shanklin � Thank you Barneys family for the recommendation. Happy pooch Happy Mummy ���

Baxter our Cockapoo had his first all over hair cut last week and we couldn’t be happier. Unfortunately he had a few big knotty matts under his chin which had got a bit out of hand but this wasn’t a problem. We couldn’t believe how smart he looked when we collected him and most importantly Baxter seemed really relaxed and comfortable. We would highly recommend.
