We were a party of three, a polite young gentleman maitre d sat us down and took our drinks order, very attentive and quickly brought them over, he then took our food order and when it came, half way through asked us if it was all ok. By the end we had three ŌĆścleanŌĆÖ plates. For me, I had the steak and mushroom pie, chunky chips, gravy boat and garden peas, this was really good, as always. Please note, at present there are refurbishments ongoing however, the dinning area is clean and the toilet facilities are immaculate.

We took our mum here for the ŌĆśMotherŌĆÖs Day LuncheonŌĆÖ and the food was incredible ’┐ĮWe ate in the Grosvenor Suite ,as the restaurant is currently under renovation, and they made the room up beautifully ’┐Į Would definitely recommend! IŌĆÖm looking forward to having my wedding here this summer! ’┐Į’┐Į’┐Į

We had our wedding at the Grosvenor Pulford Hotel and Spa on 25th March 2018 and had the most amazing day! This venue is beautiful inside and out and the staff are incredible. Everyone was so friendly and professional and cannot do enough for you. They ensured the day went without a hitch and we received lots of amazing feedback from our guests about how fantastic the staff were and how beautiful the hotel is. Special mentions need to go to Alastair and his team on the day for their hard work and organisation. Alastair went out of his way to put our mind at ease the evening before the wedding and keep us updated on what to expect throughout the day. The wedding breakfast and evening buffet food was delicious and the rooms were fantastic. I would also like to thank Nia and Emma in the events team who were brilliant in the run up to the wedding. Every query was answered quickly and efficiently and they were on top of everything at all times. I requested the use of one of the private suites for myself and my bridesmaids to get ready in and have breakfast in the morning of the wedding which was great and I would recommend this for all future brides! I canŌĆÖt wait to go back to the hotel to see the new restaurant when it reopens and we will definitely be back for an anniversary get away. Thank you again Grosvenor Pulford for helping to make our special day so perfect!

We got married at this venue on the 6th of April and it was PERFECT!! The bridal party stayed at the hotel the night before, guests and groom the night of the wedding and myself and husband for an extra 2 nights. The rooms were amazing and everyone was over the moon with theirs. The big day ran amazingly and I want to give a massive thank you to ALL the staff especially Alister for all his help and guidance throughout the day making sure we were ok. I also want to thank the staff at the Nelsons bar and reception (just to name a few - Kimberley, Simon, George and Nathan). We honestly had the best first few days as husband and wife here and couldnŌĆÖt have asked for more. You made us feel really special. Also a final thank you to Emma Simons for helping us to organise our day. We are looking forward to visiting when the renovations are complete and for our one year anniversary. I really canŌĆÖt thank you all enough!! Mr & Mrs Evans!

Spent a couple of days here meeting the wedding organisers and going over our wedding plans. Food was outstanding, our room was perfect, staff were fantastic, special mention to Felipe and Genesis for their attention to detail in the restaurant. Wedding reception booked and would recommend the grosvenor to anyone.

My sister had her wedding here at the weekend. Amazing day. Venue is beautiful, everything was perfect. Staff were lovely and very welcoming.

Would highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married.

We stayed over and room was great, breakfast lovely and again staff were lovely too.

My husband and I are just back from celebrating our wedding anniversary at the Grosvenor Pulford and what an incredible stay we had. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel is spotless and the gardens (curtesy of Mike the gardener who gave me some great gardening advice) are something else! As for the food, sublime!!

5 stars just isnŌĆÖt enough for this place! Thanks Grosvenor, canŌĆÖt wait to come back soon!

My fianc├© and I enjoyed a meal in the Nelson's Bar last night, before attending the Bridal Fayre. The food is of high standard and consistantly good. We've dined here 4 times now, since our first visit in January, (to view the hotel as a wedding venue - now booked!) because of the quality of the food and relaxed atmosphere. Can recommend the Crispy Chilli Beef Salad...a bit spicy, but extremely tasty and quite filling, for a salad. Desserts won't disappoint either!

Had a baby shower here today in one of the suites, room was set up perfect ’┐Į

Amazing staff they couldnŌĆÖt do enough for us all. (37 girls to)

Booked a couples massage it was amazing, spa is beautifully decorated and the staff are amazing. Left feeling deeply relaxed, thankfully we had booked a room and ordered room service which was delivered fast and the food was perfect. The room was large and had great amenities, rainfall shower was lovely. Would defiantly recommend

Absolutely amazing! We had our wedding here recently and they couldnŌĆÖt of done enough for us, especially me as the bride. A lovely gentleman called Ben was running the show and he was polite and as helpful as he could possibly be. Unfortunately we didnŌĆÖt catch the name of the second guy but he was amazingly helpful too, he even served up the fish and chips at night! I highly recommend a stay here and definitely recommend a wedding!! ’┐Į

A super Hotel and Spa. My 2nd visit. 1st was in Winter and that was lovely but this weekend was my daughter's birthday treat and all the stops were pulled out to make our stay and Spa Treatment extra special. I have Dairy and Gluten dietary issues and the Chef and staff ensured I was not treated with any strange weird request, it was all catered for with superb professional elegance. Most importantly the FOOD was fabulous. A real treat. Highly recommend and I look forward to my next visit and hopefully many more. I just wish it was a little closer and I'd be there every week. :)

would have given this great facilities and environment with superb gardens lake with ducks even sometimes a 5 not just 4 star rating had there been more vegan food items on offer...but am sure with the trends this will be the case such a vegan dog friendly place too. ps i will edit it later i am sure when that is the case.

Just come back from a wonderful spa day. As soon as you walk through the door you are made to feel welcome and special. All the staff at the spa were lovely and very helpful. Afternoon tea was superb and the gentleman looking after us made sure we had everything we needed (even more sandwiches). The gardens are beautiful and can't wait to come back in the summer to experience them at their full. Throughout the day we had complementary fruit, smoothies and herbal tea. The only reason I have marked down 1 star is the steam room was not working and there was some building work going so there was some excess noise. Overall I can not wait to book again. Thank you x

Excellent treatments, staff very friendly and helpful. A pot of tea ┬Ż5 seemed a bit extortionate considering the cups were small and only one of us was able to get half a second cup. Could do with wall hangers outside the sauna and steam room as there was nowhere to hang dressing gowns.

Went for a 21st birthday meal with family was very disappointed with meal really just paying for the name food average lettece with my meal looked like it had been there all week mixed grill was stacked on a skillet with no room what so ever to actually eat it without it topping off plate all in all over priced for what you get.

The hotel was lovely except we checked in on Saturday 21st April and before checking in I enquired about treatments in the spa. We had a pleasant stay but after checking out on Sunday 22nd I noticed on my card was ┬Ż150 down. The hotel had charged me for treatments that I enquired about.



I rang the hotel and got referred to the spa director AMY NELSON. I emailed Amy requesting a refund and that I was so unhappy and that they wasn't authorised to take this money from me.



Amy states that the card charged was the one that booked the hotel however my partner paid on his card for the hotel.



She also mentioned that when I was asked for card details I told her I don't have them to hand. This is a lie. When I was enquiring about availability I was in my hairdressers and had my card in my pocket. I did not book the treatments. THEY suggested 9am appointment and I told the lady I would have to ring her back because it was a little early.



Amy also attached the terms which states all bookings must be secured by credit card details. I didn't give any card details because I was only enquiring.



I paid on my card when we checked out for the room service bill. Which means from my chip and pin payments they have held my card details and charged me.



They have taken 2 x ┬Ż45 And 1 x ┬Ż60.



I have had no correspondence from Amy after she refused the refund.

My 83 year old mum booked a break at your hotel, on what would have been her wedding anniversary. You should be absolutely ashamed of your treatment of her. She booked a ground floor room as she is disabled. Nobody informed her of work being done to the ground floor- so this was actually unavailable. You expected her to walk up stairs or take a lift to the second floor - she has claustrophobia. You found her alternative accomodation after a 2 hour wait - in a pub!!!!!. How dear you treat someone like this. You really need to examine your customer services. My mum is upset, distressed an now thankfully home.
