We have finished our refurbishment and will be fully open Tomorrow, with new menu items and a new look. We will still be serving the finest coffee in Cornwall(Olfactory) and the best bread in the county (De Bara). We hope to see you soon. And dont forget £5 Super Saver Monday.

Hi Everyone, just to let you know that Grounded will be closed from Saturday 9th March at 4pm until Friday 14th March, re-opening at 8am.We are having a facelift so instead of Bacon Ciabatta's I will be painting and decorating!!. We hope you will all come and enjoy the changes. We will not be changing the main things, wonderful Olfactory Coffee, Da Bara Bread and our own unique Sandwiches and Savories. Come and check on the progress and if we can serve you a take away coffee we will.☕️

OMG! Just spent the evening drinking cocktails in Grounded. Awesome! Posting this whilst a little bit tiddly (well actually quite a bit) because I might not feel so generous tomorrow morning. Fun evening but must eat something before drinking next week! Xx

New favourite place in Truro. Every mouthful of soup, sandwich, salad and drink was genuinely delicious. Portions were generous, prices were fair (you can pay £4 for a pre packed sandwich let alone these fresh and tasty delights) and the staff were really nice. Relaxed, yummy, small but interesting menu. Really recommend.

Mel’s pastry delights are the best! Hommity pie is the best thing ever.

Lovely food and great service. Lunch is always a little bit different and suggestions are welcome. Very tasty.

I may be biased, but the best coffee shop in Truro, if not the whole South West. Great food, great coffee and a warm welcome. What more could you want!

Grounded has a very friendly feel to it and combines the best coffee in town with really scrummy freshly prepared snacks and cakes. The young staff are very obliging and make Grounded the best quick stop caff to break the monotony of shopping.

Great little coffee shop, best coffee, alway receive a friendly welcome and the food is just amazing. I love it.

Delicious food (my favs the caramelised onion, sausage and cheese sandwich) full flavour coffee and seating to watch the world go by. Really welcoming and relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff.

As food/coffee lovers, we have sampled some of the best coffee shops in the UK. We are pleased to say we have discovered this little gem in Truro that offers superb coffee, food and ambience. Definitely coming back! Your biggest fans from Wales!
