Comfortable, friendly , good breakfast. Value for money.
Very clean good breakfast tried to be welcoming but found the sense of humour embarrassing
A lovely overnight stay. The only drawback is one the proprietors have done all that can be done to alleviate and that is parking. We arrived and parked early but we're blocked in by other guests. Just one of those things. Otherwise very pleasant and relaxing.
Staff were flexible and understanding around booking complications. The B&B was very homely and catered for dietary requirements
Stayed for 3 nights with my mum and had the family room downstairs...Ann is a warm and welcoming hostess and cooks a great breakfast to set you off for the day.room was comfortable and clean .The b&b is close to the town and to Grove gardens where Gill Dando's memorial garden is .just around the corner is the best fish n chip shop/restaurant i have ever had the pleasure to eat (Papa's), so yes local to most things including the sea front ....
