Grove Park Cars

Never let me down.

Possibly the worst car service in London. I haven't used them for a long time because the last 4 taxis I booked were over 20 minutes late (and I live less than 5 minutes from them), but today I just called to try and book a cab for tomorrow. I need a car with Isofix in the rear - ok - a bit unusual but I want to take my baby and car seat... The guy could not have been more unhelpful and basically said go somewhere else we dont have anything like that! USELESS!!

I wish I had read these reviews before booking an airport pick up from Grove Park Cars. It was a 25 minute journey as I live in West London (just off the M4) and I was charged £45!!! The quote I was given was £30 plus parking but when the driver dropped me off he asked for an additional £9 for waiting at the airport! Chiswick Green Cars and Chiswick W4 Cars have never done this before. I only wish that I had had their numbers with me! When I called the office to inquire about the additional cost they didn't want to know and responded rather rudely. I strongly urge you NOT TO USE GROVE PARK CARS as they are an absolute rip off!

Booked a cab for Gatewick airport for 50£ (by they take only cash ?!?). When I booked, I specified that we will be going to an hotel within the Gatewick airport area.

When we arrived at the hotel the driver asked for 65£ becuase the hotel is 4 miles further. I checked on my phone and said that the hotel was only 1.7 miles further. We then called the manager on duty but he didn't want to listen and said that 15£ for 1,7 miles is fair price...maybe with a Rolls Royce?!?

They are crooks!

Needless to say that I absolutely don't recommend this service.
