Grove Surgery

I can't express how wonderful Linda the nurse was today. She did my cervical smear and I'm possibly the worst patient ever but she made me feel so at ease and she was speaking with me and reassuring me throughout it. What a wonderful delightful lady. She's a credit to the surgery.

This one star is down to my last visit, all Doctors are responsible for there actions and professionalism and individual understanding of the patient which seemed to be missing from my last visit. I now have to wait 3 weeks for my next appointment to see Dr Edwards as nothing was resolved from my last appointment with the other Dr, who is the so called heart specialist. I was calm throughout my appointment with him and even when I received a out of the blue phone call which had no relevance to my condition. All I can I say is the Doctors are playing games with people's life's all based upon there budgets.

Doctors are brilliant. A few receptionists appear to hate people and are just rude.
