Welcome to Grow the Gaps.
My name is Jacqui and I am a qualified trainer with extensive youth work and Training experience, for those who work with children and young people. I deliver workshops in Safeguarding Awareness, Challenging Behaviour, Youth Work Skills, Fresh Ideas and bespoke sessions for projects, churches, charities, schools or youth clubs.
Workshops are designed to engage, to explore & discuss situations, working towards solutions and new ideas to re-equip your team!
Why bother with training? In a busy life, is it worth the extra time? It helps you work out issues that means a more ordered, enjoyable time when at youth club, with joint decisions and unity! You grow and work together better as a team, share ideas which can give you all a boost and fresh spark! Designed to engage, to explore, discuss situations in the club or project and participate together for solutions and ideas. And mostly good fun!
