Come and talk to us about applying for a £500 creative project grant!
Grow Wild, the outreach initiative of Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew, is on the University of Leeds campus for Light Night with a giant light up fungus art installation – and we want to talk to students about supporting their own creative project!
We’re offering grants of £500 to people under the age of 25* to run their own creative project inspired by UK native wildflowers, plants or fungi. Whether it’s music,... art, dance, drama, workshops or transforming a space, we want to support you to inspire others to connect with nature.
Come and talk to the team between 2.30pm and 4.30pm on Friday 5th October – no need to book, just come along to the giant fungus (it’s outside Leeds University Union, and quite hard to miss) and we’ll chat to you about the funding and your ideas
*minimum age 14
We’re on campus as part of our Light Night Leeds residency. Be sure to visit us on Thursday and Friday nights when the fungus will be lit up!
