Gsm London Greenford Campus

amazing school

Greenwich school of management has potential to be a moderately good business school. Though my experience wasn't as good as I would have expected having paid 6,000 a year in tuition fees. My first lecture at GSM i was harassed by a male lecturer Martin Lisboa who made bullish comments about the jeans I was wearing and my accent. Which I then reported to the module leader. It's a shame because unprofessional lecturers like this really let GSM down giving younger students a unrealistic view on how Lecturers are supposed to behave. Diversity and the acceptance of others is important for everyone to learn about(Lecturer or Student) However not all lecturers at GSM bully female teenage students. Majority I experienced were extremely professional,hardworking and always emailing out material to help and encourage students with their assignments also running workshops throughout the semester. The student hub at the Greenford campus has fairly attentive staff but sometimes you would be kept waiting a while if there were only two members of staff avaible at the desks. I decided upon completion of my second year at GSM that I would transfer to a different university for the third and final year of my degree. As I wasn't happy or impressed with GSM at all. Upon Transferring I couldn't of been happier and I am looking forward to the future. Literally, Trash, place and people (AVOID)!!!!

Unorganised, unproffessional.... poor customer service.... I didn't bother to enrol... I complained and they were not even bothered.

Needs better faculty

I booked my exam here and because of train termination I got delayed but the in charge lady was really unprofessional, rude, arrogant. I can never believe she works in management when she cannot even care about students feelings. very disappointed, would never ever recommend this institute to anyone.

I have started an application with GSM just about 10 days ago, their communication is horrible, I did my English test and tired to supply with my reference and supporting documents but did not get an answer to my three emails. I then called to speak with the adviser but told she start only later on the day and shw will call back, she didnt call back... then I called again, was put on hold for five minutes and then they hang the phone on me! I will not be studying with you- GSM, thank you very much for letting me know ahead of time what a bunch of amateurs you are, and rescuing me from wasting my time and money with you!
