Guardian Mould Experts are Greater London’s Premier Mould Remediation and Moisture Control Experts. GME have a long rich history in mould removal.
Our Founder and Managing Director Richard Murtagh is a 28 year old Australian and a new local to the london area. After an unfortunate car accident in Australia ended his career in commercial highrise construction, Richard understood there was a serious need for a specialised mould inspection and remediation company. Richard started a mould removal service in Australia – which grew to be a leading expert in mould remediation. Within the mould remediation industry Richard learnt all he knows about moisture and mould detection and the ventilation needs of a property. In recent years Richard saw the crucial need for a mould remediation specialist in the United Kingdom to help home and business owners protect their properties and air quality.
Richard believes the key to a safe and comfortable home or work space is ventilation and has dedicated 7 years to investigating and developing the ideal service to help property owners reduce moisture and eradicate their properties of harmful mould spores. Richard has advanced his career through training with IICRC, The London Flood School, Australian Institute of Management and the world’s leading networking group BNI.
