Pre School Manager Guavatree Childcare Part time, term time Preschool Manager.
This is a new setting in Orpington, looking for a very experienced, knowledgeable Preschool Manager. The candidate must be an experienced Preschool/Nursery Manager with solid skills in understanding how a setting is run, the EYFS curriculum, safeguarding, health and safety, all elements of paperwork, occupancy reports and head count information. and all the factors involved with managing a setting....
Hours are currently term time only, working 30 hours per week - 8.30am-2;30pm, Monday to Friday (38 weeks per year) but may change once occupancy rises so you must be able to adapt to these hours if needed.
Holiday entitlement is 4 weeks a year holiday.

Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience of managing a preschool setting. Must have at least level 3 equivalent childcare/early years qualification or above.

We had so much fun with our preschoolers today. we walked through a nature reserve fed the ducks and played in a beautifully maintained park plus a dose of numeracy litracy and very good art session.

Are you aware that all 3 and 4-year-olds in England currently receive 15 hours a week government funded early education. If their parents are living and working in England, 3 and 4-year-olds may be entitled to 30 hours funded childcare which is 1,140 hours per year in total!
If eligible you will be entitled to access the 30 funded hours from the beginning of the term following your child’s 3rd birthday: the funded hours are available during the 38 weeks of term time each year and you can claim up to 6 hours in any one day.
