‚ÄúIt‚Äôs fantastic. It gets me out the house. Mum has cancer, coming here takes my mind off things. Gives me a bit of freedom.‚ÄĚ - Jamie
#FunFabFriday takes places every Friday at our hub on Cross Street in Ware. Its a cosy and friendly space for people to gather on a Friday night for food, films, games and fun. For people with learning disabilities there's lots of provision during the day but evenings and weekends can be a lonely time which is why simple programmes like this are so important.

Today is time to talk day. Mental health problems affect one in four of us, yet too many people are made to feel isolated, ashamed and worthless because of their mental health.
Today we are choosing to talk about mental health and help change lives. Who can you talk to today?
