Hello, my name is Caroline and my business, Guiding Lights Counselling is here to help in your time of need. Whether going through a difficult time, or just looking for a fresh perspective on your journey through life, I am here to listen.

I believe that everybody is unique so my counselling is tailored to your individual needs. I offer a confidential, professional, safe space which is relaxed and non-judgemental. I am able to listen to you as you talk through the reasons you have looked for help.

I have a Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and am a specialist grief counsellor at Cruse which is a charity that supports the bereaved.
