Second time at the guilt free kitchen and both meals have been really really good. Actually surprised at how nice the pesto chicken wrap was. Friendly atmosphere and staff keen to help, so many options and something for everyone. Also price is really reasonable for great quality food that will help with your nutrition goals!

Omg amazing food had lime and coriander chicken rice and salad unreal so pleased it’s opened lush healthy food rather than ya normal burger/sandwich shops xx

My friend n I had our lunch here today n what more can I say it was really really tasty the girls are lovely n very pleasant nothing too much trouble and it was such a change from the usual Cafe/diner , very reasonable priced n the selection was great to suite all different palates n healthy eating too boot , this is going t b s regular lunch date from now on , thanks girls was lovely x

Just had our first Guilt Free meals. Mexican meatballs and chicken Thai green curry. They were that nice we have ordered the 6 meal plan and will be coming back for more. Love the shop decor and lovely staff. Highly recommended!

Just been to the new Shiney Row shop. Had a lovely Mediterranean Salad and Chicken Skewers with lots of peppers!

I’ve had the Singapore rice yesterday and Thai Red chicken curry today. Really nice food, decent value and very convenient. It’s good to have this on my doorstep. Think I’ll be a regular!

Have had a lovely birthday meal today at guilt free kitchen, I have even purchased the 6 meal plans. I highly recommend the chicken green Thai curry, it’s amazing.

Had a Thai chicken noodle pot, and lasagne , very tasty and good value.

Staff lovely, decor great, will definitely be going back. A couple of teething problems but nothing that can't be sorted as the business becomes established.xx

First visit of many. Had the chicken pesto wrap absolutely delish so tasty and fresh. The chicken had just the right amount of pesto not to over-powering. Well done Katie and team. The bistro looks great too. See yous in a couple of weeks. Think I'll give the meatballs next time amd the looks lovely too

First day using my Guilt Free Goodies! A very berry smoothie for breakfast, kept me full until lunchtime and then a vegetable stir fry for lunch. Amazing taste, great portion size and fab value for money. Will be back & highly recommend!

Day 3 of my Meal plan, loving it,

Portion size is great, not feeling hungry after, menu is Brilliant, lots of choice, looking forward to rest of weeks meals, Def back next week.

Been here twice now for food and both times it was fab. Defo recommend the Chicken Thai Green curry and the peanut butter square was lush. Well done to all at Guilt Free Kitchen for coming up with something different and healthy 👍👏🏼😁

Absolutely lush food! Me and my partner have been four times now and the food has been gorgeous every time. The only down fall that I hate to have to mention is twice out of the four times the food has been cold and we've had to heat it up.

Absolutely loved my protein shake and also the veggie Mexican chilli, really tasty. It must have been good as I went back the next day for the veggie Thai green curry and that definitely had a kick to it - it was delicious! I’ll be back again soon. Thanks x

Was really looking forward to guilt free chocolate cake, so dry i had to put greek yogurt on top. Didn’t help it was terrible. Dry and tasteless wot a let down.

Such a shame, really looked good but I got a chicken and avocado salad and a paninni and my avocado was not ripe, rock hard and inedible, had a dodgy bit of red pepper and a bit of plastic inside my salad box, but chicken was cooked nice, paninni wasn’t toasted or warmed so also not very nice.Had 2 milkshakes which were nice in flavour but sadly not cold.

Maybe teething problems but sadly I won’t return
