The overground is a nightmare, had to wait 30 min or more!!! District line terrible too 20 minutes waiting, for an underground it’s too much!!! :-/

Gunnersbury is a tube station in Chiswick it serves the District line and the London Overground. BEWARE! Faulty Depauture Boards

Station is not fit for purpose. In fact, at rush hour it is positively dangerous. Stairwell is too small, very few people keep to the left, staff are lazy and unhelpful and signage is often not working. It is also the UGLIEST station on the network.
There needs to be a separate entrance/exit to serve commuters coming from Wellesley Rd.
