Got there at 1540, it closes at 4 and got turned away. Put closing time at 1530 if your not going to accept peoe before 1600

Dont bother. Went in for a trim which I was told I would have to wait for, which was fine. 50 minutes later I was still waiting whilst a number of hair dressers had done nothing since i got there.

Looks very nice from outside
Sat down after 20 min wait
Not too bad
Had the gown put on but had to get up as the smell of cigarettes on the hairdresser was overpowering
This is a very close contact profession and to nip outside for a quick drag between cuts is unacceptable
I felt I was surrounded by old ashtrays

Awful. If you publish a closing time stick to it. ! Was miles away in Devon, needed a cut and checked closing times in google. Said 530 pm so drove down. Walked in. 4 hairdressers / barbers working and only one day waiting- told they are closed - it was 5pm. Had this experience a few times now - never get the barber you want and when you do get there in time you get turned away when you've journeyed in and also checked their site and paid for parking. There are other people on the street who want the business and I recommend you do what I will be doing in future and use them instead.utterly poor service

JUST FINISHED MY HAIR CUT. FOR SECOND TIME THE SAME OLD LADY MADE EXPERIMENTS ON MY HEAD. 5 MIN BUZZ CUT AND DONE.AFTER I HAVE MENTIONED AND SHOW PICTURES HOW MY HAIR STYLE MUST LOOK. THEY DONT WANT TO TAKE MY MONEY BUT THIS DOESNT CHANGE ANYTHING. SORRY FOR THE ILD LADY BUT YOU BETTER FIND A DIFFERENT JOB. I HAVE BEEN IN GUNZ BEFORE AND THEY MADE ME HAPPY BUT NOT LAST 2 TIMES. SHE MADE MY DAY HORRIBLE.

First haircut was rushed and not what I asked for. Return visit they stopped taking customers at 15:25 rather than the advertised 16:00. Explained I made a special journey but none of the 7 or so barbers where willing to see me for a 10 min buzz cut.

Place was completly empty yet couldn't "squeeze" me in. More staff/organisation required.

Great hair cut and chat with emma :-) welcoming barbers, recommended.

My first visit to The Gunz today and WOW !! what a fantastic experience !!!

Emma, was probably the best hairdresser I have come across.

Unlike most hairdressers who carry on a conversation with the hairdresser next to them, Emma was attentive to my every need.

A great haircut and great conversation [with me].

I will most certainly go back again, and again, ......and again....well you get the idea.
