We were overwhelmed by the genoricity showed by people attended the Fund raising event to support earthquake victims of Nepal on Monday night at the restaurant.We thank everyone for this support and really grateful that you attended ...this great event was put together by Gurkha Palace all the takings of the day is fully contributed towards this cause...everyone enjoyed the lovely meal and atmosphere. This event was not possible without the hard work shown by the team Gurkha palace and all the volunteers of Folkestone wider community.

We are organising a fundraising buffet style curry night on Monday the 4th of May at the restaurant, starting 5pm onwards.Gurkha Palace will provide curry dinner with drinks.All the money raised will go towards the victims of the earthquake in Nepal.This is a formal invitation for everyone to attend the event and support the noble cause.We look forward to seeing you.Please send the message if you are attending.

Why has it taken so long to discover Nepalese food? It's amazing, lovely restaurant and our waiter Sundip (hope that's correct) was so friendly and helpful, suggesting a superb selection of dishes for us to taste. Every dish was absolutely delicious.

We've been looking for a curry for 8 years to have before we get the eurotunnel tunnel to France. We've driven 300 miles from Cheshire and we have finally found the perfect curry to have to begin our holiday. The staff are extremely friendly and the food is spectacular! We'll be visiting here for many years to come.

We have been ordering from Gurkha Palace for the last few years and they make the best vegetarian (and vegan options on request) food. Tonight, there was an issue with some of the food, which I can't recall ever happening before in all the times we have ordered from them - but, their service is so exceptional, we called up and explained, they were gracious and sent everything we ordered out fresh to us again. And it was absolutely on point. Exceptional food and service from good people who genuinely care about their cuisine and customers. Highly recommended.

We eat here fairly regularly due to living nearby. Food is always delicious & the service is attentive. It's family friendly too, the waiters always make a fuss of the kids & it's one of their favourite places to eat.

We celebrated our Golden Wedding Anniversary in March. The waiters were so polite and helpful. We had a wonderful evening and I would certainly recommend anyone to visit this restaurant.

Fantastic food, great service, friendly staff, affordable prices either eating in or when ordering takeaway. I always recommend to friends and family who are in the area. Will continue to visit with no second thoughts whatsoever, thoroughly advisable to book a table to avoid disappointment as it does get busy......

Having never been to a Nepalese restaurant we weren't sure what to order. The staff brought us a selection of starters to share. They also recommended a variety of main meals. The food was excellent & the staff were very helpful.

Food has always been excellent, and the recent refurb now lets the venue match the food.

First time here and went with recommendations on website/tripadvisor. Not disappointed. Service & restaurant very good. Food awesome and we went for Nepalese cuisine. Thoroughly recommend eating here if down Folkestone way. Thanks for the hospitality and good food.

First time having a meal last night can not fault at all ....service was brilliant and food was amazing thankyou so much ( carinas mum ) �

We went as a family for my birthday Saturday night, very busy waited an hour for our food, not sure if this is normal or just extra busy as mothers day the next day. Food very nice.
