Went here with work colleagues and couldn’t fault any part of the evening at all. Service was fabulous, thank you Dave for all your patience whilst we ordered ! Nothing was to much trouble as a few had different dietary requests which were catered for. The food was absolutely delicious and we look forward to returning.

Visited Gustos as a treat for my husband's birthday (we travelled from the north east). I agonised over whether to go to Gusto or Matou which we also love. I'm pleased to report I chose Gusto to enjoy the birthday celebrations. Food second to none and service and staff attentiveness is up there with the very best we have had. Slight mix up with the meal, but no major deal so we were pleasantly surprised when one of the managers came over to apologise in person and gave us a bottle of rose on the house. Great ambience and buzz about the place and the staff really do seem to go above and beyond. We will be back whenever we visit Liverpool ����

Thank you for our amazing brunch ! I won the Facebook competition and brought my husband and mum. Food was so good. Service was great. Would 100% go back for the brunch it was fabulous. Thank you again !!

Seared tuna main and sticky toffee pudding, partner had the lasagne and chocolate mousse & salted caramel. Gorgeous food and excellent service and the sun was shining!! Highly recommended. Happy birthday to me!

My wife and I visited Gusto on the Saturday of the Grand National and a big football match (we’re Americans, so I can’t tell you who played aside from Liverpool). Obviously, it was crowded but our server came promptly and we ordered two glasses of wine, two starters, and a pizza to share. The bruschetta starter was good, not great, and the garlic mushrooms were outstanding. The pizza arrived and was cooked perfectly. I am always a bit wary of restaurants when the are crowded, but our experience was wholly positive. Our waitress was very sweet and smiling the whole way through.

Me and my friend visited here yesterday for dinner with her little baby boy. Despite having a pram they were able to fit us on a table. We had starters and mains, sadly we couldn't squish in pudding. Service was great, food was fabulous and our waiter Stephen was amazing we left him a big tip. Would definitely eat here again.

Incredible service even on a very busy sunny day. Food was served very promptly and was fresh, well cooked and delicious. The drinks were great, very good selection. The staff and the organisation of this place is impecible. Wish we lived closer would definitely come back �

I had previously given Gusto a 1* review due to my previous experience there. Which I shared with them, I received a lovely prompt response and I returned on Sunday evening. The service and food were amazing, great drinks and tasty pasta! The service was impeccable and was super helpful and accommodating as we requested could we sit outside in the sun and they were happy to let us do so.



I think our first experience was a one off, however this time it was fantastic. Will definitely be returning.

Great food and extremely attentive staff without being too ‘in your face’ - lots of staff on and we felt well looked after from start to finish and hope to visit again next time we come to liverpool

Came here with my daughter yesterday booked table for 2 o'clock showed to our table straight away which was fab for us lvly lady who dealt with us was really nice even took our photo which was very kind of her a bottle of prosseco An few cocktails 🍹 later left feeling happy really enjoys ourselves will definitely always recommend this fabulous restaurant always been my fave place to dine when at Albert Dock looking forward to visiting again soon Thankyou 🍾

At Gusto today and had the best service ever!! Celebrating my husband's 60th birthday, they sang happy birthday to him and made a big fuss over our granddaughters. Food amazing too....brilliant, wonderful day.

A large group of us went for brunch yesterday.

Menu was amazing, food delish & the service absolute perfection.

The location & ambience of the restaurant alone is beautiful, but add to that all of the above, it is the best way to start a Sunday.

The only problem we encountered was getting every one out, as sitting outside, with a gorgeous cocktail spoilt us for everywhere else.

Well done guys, we will definitely be back

Meals were lovely. Service was good although the garlic bread was sent back due, to being burnt.

The restaurant was bit noisy to chat but this is an observation not a criticism.

Manageress recognizer us from another restaurant so that was good.

Fabulous food and a variety of wine spritzers made for a very pleasant couple of hours in the sunshine. Only let down was that service was very slow for us, i think they missed our order as others around enjoyed good speedy service.

Best service I have had in a long time from Lucy Elizabeth and stefan not the best Italian food I've ever eaten but nothing to complain about, thank you look forward to my next visit

Shame that their is a new chef, I can tell the starters we're prefect as a party of 8 we all concurred, however mains we all concurred that my pork was too dry and the 3 lasagne were too over cooked the pasta sheets were dry and too cooked on the edges.



Totally a shame, this was for a birthday, the staff were spot on table checks done and all to Gusto standards shame that the food is lacking.....



And in a heat wave, clearly not heard of renting air conditioning units for a listed building.

Absolutely love this place my favourite restaurant in Liverpool never disappoints came here mother’s day had the nicest meal and service was so good even with the restaurant being full.

Came here yesterday for my birthday gutted to say but I was a little disappointed!! With it being a Monday night it wasn’t busy but the service was so slow waited ages for our drinks when we ordered then even tho it was only water!! We ordered food I’d had nothing to eat all day because I knew I was coming here and was looking forward to my food. My starter came it was cold but I was so hungry by this point I just ate it.

My son gets make own pizza he loves it every time we go!! His pizza come he said it didn’t taste nice which is so unusual for him. My main come which was the steak which was nice and my mums burger came but the chips were disgusting they were very greasy and so over cooked they wer so hard we just couldn’t eat them. My son didn’t eat his pizza either. The service was really slow. A little disappointing as we look forward to coming here but this visit yesterday wasn’t a patch on the previous visits, the food tasted different not sure if it’s to do with the chefs perhaps. Still an ok visit but not the best!!

We visited for a meal on Saturday afternoon for our friends birthday! 6 adults in total. And how disappointed we were. The starters were cold, and when the main meals came out, one pizza was incorrect and missing mushroom so was sent back. Mushrooms were added which were cold. Both of the Cesar salads were some lettuce, covered in Mayo not Cesar sauce with cold chicken and a tiny bit of Parmesan and some awful croutons, the smoked haddock risotto was so bland and just tasted like water! We spend £204 between 6 of us which is expensive and it was no way work half of it! The staff sat us next to the kitchen so all we could hear was staff been shouted to do service every 2 minutes. Really did spoil it for us! Will never be visiting again after our first and last visit and experience in Gusto! Over priced and over hyped!!!!
