Cracked tooth problem not helpful at all.

Attended Endodontic department for help with diagnosing extreme radiating jaw pain face pain bad taste and sinus problems from possible cracked tooth roots on multiple teeth this was supposed to be the best place to go with the most knowledge on the subject but turns out they are not at all.

Was told that cracked teeth are hardest thing to diagnose by first consultant.

Dental probing showed increases but no pocketing which is indicative of cracked tooth but was disregarded by head consultant. Lingering pain to cold test dismissed by head consultant. Electric Pulp Vitality tested negative when previously tested but not considered by endodontist.

Two x-rays were taken but as no infection shown on x ray was dismissed as cracked teeth. Explained a I feel I have multiple cracked teeth but he would not investigate further.

Was told that they could do nothing and to take painkillers for pain and feeling unwell. They could not believe that multiple cracked teeth were possible from trauma years ago and that infection would have shown up by now which is not always the case with cracked teeth.

No tests for cracked teeth performed e.g bite test, transillumination, microscope, purely looked for infection only or visible crack.

Supposed to be the best endodontist in country but has little interest in diagnosing cracked teeth only interested in tooth vitality. Unfortunately this hospital is teaching student dentists its poor methods in this country.

Wend for Eczema educational program. Which was really helpful. Hospital is well maintained and cleaned even washrooms as well.

I went in to urgent care this morning for an infection, and I was really nervous and had no previous experience with health care in the UK as I'm an international student. However, the process was simple and all of the staff I dealt with today were wonderful. My GP was so kind and made me feel comfortable. The waiting time wasn't too bad and most importantly issue was solved. I am really happy with my experience there.

Great hospital and wonderful staff. Spent three days there for urology surgery, and everyone (consultants, doctors, nurses etc) was absolutely amazing.

I only chose Guy's because it was where my consultant was working, and I would highly recommend this hospital.

Also, location is perfect and the food was surprisingly good!

My husband went onto Dorcas Ward on the 15th May, with an op for the next day. The four day proposed stay turned out to be a 12 day stay. But he was treated so well by the Drs and Nurses on the ward. Which made his stay pleasant. Thank you.

i came there around 3pm and clinic was already closed for new patients, however i had terrible swelling they took me in as a urgent care. Staff were very professional and caring. I was there about 2,5 hrs including waiting time, first consultation, xray and tooth removal. I was very happy with service in this clinic.

My surgery was an incredibly pleasant experience which was unexpected. The staff was incredibly lovely and helpful and I would reccomend them, especially the ENT department . Grateful and relieved patient

Very professional warm and friendly . I'm a nervous hospital user but made to feel very at ease !
Would recommend to anyone looking to try ivf !
